Founder/Winemaker
Cecil Park, the visionary behind INNOVATUS, has forged a path as a trailblazer in Napa Valley. As the region’s first Korean winemaker and viticulturist, Cecil has shattered barriers and redefined what it means to succeed in a traditionally male-dominated industry. With degrees in Biotechnology Engineering from Yonsei University and Viticulture & Enology from U.C. Davis, Cecil blends technical expertise with a creative flair, producing wines that reflect her bold entrepreneurial spirit.
Driven by a passion for innovation, Cecil has introduced new methodologies into her winemaking process, seamlessly integrating modern technologies with traditional practices to craft wines that stand out in a crowded market. Her dedication has earned her recognition from some of the most respected voices in the wine industry, including James Suckling and Vivino.
Cecil’s journey is one of perseverance, determination, and a love for the land. She continues to push the boundaries of viticulture, creating wines that resonate not only with their exceptional quality but also with the story of resilience and innovation behind every bottle.

Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Shipping total includes product-handling costs. Shipping carrier is determined by the warehouse based upon shipping destination (unless you are a wine club member and have made other arrangements for your club shipments).
Orders placed by 5:00 PM PST will ship the next business day, pending compliance and credit card verification. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. INNOVATUS does not ship on major holidays or weekends. Additionally, in cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat and/or cold), INNOVATUS reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.
Delivery Information
Standard delivery will arrive within 7 to 10 days, following compliance and credit card authorization
Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For orders shipping ground to California, Saturday delivery can occur
State laws prohibit our shipping wine to hotels, motels or licensed beverage facilities outside of California
Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained from individuals over the age of 21 years.
