  • The grapes for this blend were sourced from the two coolest regions in Napa. Pinot Noir is from Atlas Peak which is located 1600 ft above sea level. Syrah is from one of Napa Carneros Vineyards, one of the Southernmost borders of the Napa Valley. Soils are Haire Clay Loam and the terraced vineyards on the rolling hills benefit from the cooling fog and breezes from the nearby San Pablo Bay, producing red varietal wines that tend to express the bright flavor and supple tannin.

  • Picked at optimum ripeness at Brix 25.6. Inoculated with FX10 for fuller aroma and velvety mouthfeel. The wine was pumped over twice daily. Near the end of fermentation, the wine was inoculated with malo-lactic bacteria. The wine was pressed when dry in the fermentor, aged 16 months in French oak barrels, and racked quarterly to aid the natural clarification. The final blend was assembled and bottled in March 2020.

  • This wine complex is yet playful. Ruby red in color with undertones of violet. On the front, it’s got pomegranate and blueberry essence. It mellows back to papaya and clove. It has a little bit of lavender but in a dark way. Bright acidity boosts the taste buds and it has a lingering finish with a hint of cassis.

  • The grapes for this blend were sourced from one of Napa Carneros Vineyards,one of the Southern most borders of the Napa Valley. Soilsare Haire Clay Loam and the terraced vineyard son the rolling hills benefit from the cooling fog and breezes from the nearby SanPablo Bay, producing red varietal wines that tend to express bright flavor and supple tannin.

  • The Riverbend Vineyard in Yountville, Napa Valley was planted in phases, starting in 2015 and completed in 2016. Bordered by trees and the Napa River, the Riverbend Vineyard is blessed with a fertile and healthy ecosystem, which is beneficial to growing exceptional wine grapes. Along a narrow stretch of the Napa River, a rich riparian area is ideal to grow premium quality of white grapes including Viognier.

  • According to Napavinters.com, less than 2% of all the grapes are grown in Napa are Viognier, due in large part to the demand and premium price for the region’s bold reds and chardonnays. Crushed and pressed 4.3 tons of Viognier on October 3rd, 2023. In order to build up the structure and creamy mouth feel, the wine was sat on the lees for 7 months of oak aging. Wine was sterile filtered and bottled on April 17, 2024.

    • Pressed out and cold fermentation for 21 days, the wine went aging in neutral barrel for 8 months with minimal intervention. Disgorged in June 2021, the wine got minimal dosage to keep the balance with acidity.

  • INNOVATUS Sparkling Rose Wine shows romantic pastel pink color which sets the tone of the wine. The freshness yet medium to full body reminds of the France Loire Sparkling Rose. The cold fermentation keep the brightness of the notes such as apple, fig and rose and hint of citrus, which are wrapped by a crisp, palate-cleansing acidity. Dry and alcohol is 13%.
