A fresh bright wine with aromas of fresh cracked pepper, that give way to pureed raspberries and red fruit. Medium body, full mouth feel that with a long finish would pair great with food.

"Ruby red in color with undertones of violet. On the front, it’s got pomegranate and a blueberry essence. It mellows back to papaya and clove. It has little bit of lavender, but in a dark way.  Bright acidity boosts the taste buds and it has lingering finish with a hint of cassis."

Cecil Park, Wine designer at Winefornia

"It is balanced wine with medium+ alcohol, medium+ acidity and light on tannin. The wine has clear, day bright ruby color. Red cherry, black cherry, red cranberry and red currant are predominant fruit characters of wine; and rose petal, black tea and cola are detected as secondary aromas.

A hint of crushed rock and gravel give the earthiness to wine, and lingering finish with baking spice, black pepper and hint of vanilla are retrieved as the influence of oak."

Andrew Browne, Sommelier at Restaurant Gary Danko, San Francisco

"On the nose you are met with an appealing chocolate mint aroma, which is enhanced by fresh blueberries and peach pit. The nose is lifted by some herbaceousness. There is thyme and marjoram intertwined with vanilla and roasted wild fowl to give the impression of a freshly roasted game bird with a herb/blueberry compote. The palate is soft and inviting, but with the structure to age hidden beneath the lush fruit. Wild blueberries shine through the palate, enhanced by herbs, black pepper and vanilla."
