INNOVATUS wines were unveiled at this event.
This wine was made by Cecil Park, the first Korean female winemaker in Napa Valley. It was introduced at the reception and first course, and was praised by attendees as a wine with excellent balance with the food.
In particular, the creative dish using seaweed, radish, and cauliflower presented as Chef Ahn's first course attracted attention, paired with the Innovatus Rosé sparkling wine.
